They have 8 banchan, which Sushi attacked plate after plate, omitting only the spicy Kimchi.

We ordered our favourite Gamjatang (Pork bone soup). No picture. Nothing special. And Stone-pot Bibimbop.
Made the mistake of ordering this Seafood Rice Cake.
My mind was thinking Seafood Pancake. Though I'm not a huge fan of sticky rice cakes, I love the sauce. It was so flavourful. However, too full we didn't exhaust this dish. The leftover I cooked at home with shrimps and enoki mushroom - tada!
Mmm...the korean food look delish :) Oh yeah..North York is pretty far from Miss. We hardly go there or to Scarborough too, unless necessary. My former boss used to say that we need to cross the war zone (401) to get to the other side :)
ReplyDeletewhen in Leslie/Finch area, go to Maxim's bakery/cafe. they also serve warm food but I go there for their mango meringue. there's a minimum order like at bubble tea places so if you don't plan on ordering a lot, just do take out. then we eat it in the car coz we only buy a slice or two. mango meringue is soooo good!
ReplyDeleteI should try that on our next trip to that area.
